## Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind.
However, exchanges are available only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong product
- Wrong size is delivered from our side
## Exchange Conditions
- Customers must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) after delivery.
- Parcel opening video is compulsory for all exchange requests.
- Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging.
## Size Exchange
- If wrong size is delivered from our side, exchange shipping charges will be covered by us.
- If correct size was delivered but it does not fit you, customer must bear both shipping charges.

- Registered name
- Registered mobile number
- Parcel opening video
- Clear product photos from different angles
After approval, customers must self-ship the product through India Post within 2 days to the address provided by us.
## Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3 business days.
## Important Notes
- No exchange for used or damaged products after use.
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings is normal.
- Exchange requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
